The Tamarac maker lays out the checklist retailers should run before signing a supplement supplier — owned CGMP manufacturing, batch traceability, clean formulas, and a manufacturer accountable enough to stand behind every label.
TAMARAC, Fla., July 14, 2026 — With more than 70 percent of U.S. adults now taking a dietary supplement and store shelves crowded with look-alike gummies, BMR Distribution today laid out what retailers should demand from a manufacturer before they put a private-label line on the shelf: owned manufacturing, batch traceability, clean formulas, and public-company accountability.
"Most brands on the shelf were made by whoever bid the lowest that month, and the retailer never sets foot in the plant," said Michael Ardner, CEO, BMR Distribution. "Demand a manufacturer that owns its Current Good Manufacturing Practice facility, can hand you the batch record, and answers to public-company reporting. We built Nature's Fit that way, and it is the exact standard we hand to every private-label partner."
The company outlined four things a retailer should require before signing. First, ask whether the manufacturer owns its plant or brokers the work out. Second, ask for batch-level traceability; under the federal supplement CGMP rule, 21 CFR Part 111, a compliant maker keeps master manufacturing and batch records. Third, read the formula the way the shopper does, and favor all-natural, vegan ingredients over the cheapest available fillers. Fourth, ask who stands behind the brand when something goes wrong.
BMR Distribution argues it can answer all four for its own line and for the partners it manufactures. Nature's Fit Gummies are produced under CGMP standards in a facility the company's partners own and operate, are formulated all-natural and vegan, are reaching shoppers through Walmart, and are backed by a publicly traded parent company, EARI.
The U.S. dietary supplement market reached an estimated $70 billion in 2025 and is projected to grow to roughly $128 billion by 2033, according to market analysis from Mark Spark Solutions.
