Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 U.S. states from our facility in Tamarac, Florida. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on orders over $49.
• Orders under $49 ship for a flat $5.95.

Shipping is calculated on your order subtotal after any discounts are applied.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Subscription orders

Subscribe & Save orders ship on the delivery schedule you selected at checkout. You can change your frequency, skip a delivery, pause or cancel at any time from your account before your next billing date. Free shipping thresholds apply to subscription orders the same way they apply to one-time orders.

Wrong, damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email support@bmrdistribution.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
