How do I take Nature's Fit gummies?

Easy — just follow the serving directions on each product's label. Most of our gummies are 2 gummies daily, any time, with or without food. Creatine is different: 5 gummies daily.

Yes. Every Nature's Fit gummy is gelatin-free and made with plant-based pectin — no gelatin, no artificial colors, no unnecessary fillers.

Where are your gummies made?

How long until I notice anything?

Most functional ingredients need 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Week one often feels like nothing much — that's normal. Consistency matters more than timing, so take them at the same time each day, somewhere you'll actually see them.
