Marketing Communications Terms
These terms explain how Nature's Fit sends marketing email and text messages, and how you can stop receiving them at any time. They apply in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
SMS / Text Message Marketing
How you join
By entering your mobile number and checking the box labeled “Text me with news and offers” at checkout — or by opting in through any other Nature's Fit sign-up form — you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Nature's Fit at the mobile number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy from us without ever agreeing to receive text messages.
What we send
- Cart reminders
- Order and shipping updates
- Reorder and subscription reminders
- Promotions, new products, and restock alerts
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You can generally expect no more than a few messages per month, and never more than one per day.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Nature's Fit does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive one confirmation message and then no further marketing texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@bmrdistribution.com or 1-786-685-4753.
To rejoin after opting out, reply START or opt in again at checkout.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device settings.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide. Our SMS program is available to U.S. mobile numbers only.
Email Marketing
How you join
You can subscribe by checking the marketing box at checkout, entering your email in our newsletter sign-up, or creating an account and opting in. We only send marketing email to people who have opted in.
What we send
New product announcements, restock alerts, subscriber-only offers, usage tips, reorder reminders, and occasional promotions.
Transactional email is separate
Order confirmations, shipping notifications, subscription billing notices, and customer service replies are transactional. You'll continue to receive those even if you unsubscribe from marketing, because they relate to orders you placed.
How to stop
Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing email, or email support@bmrdistribution.com and we'll remove you.
Your Information
We do not sell your phone number or email address. Information collected through these programs is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing support@bmrdistribution.com.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
