Nature's Fit Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Nature's Fit (BMR Distribution) Affiliate Program. By enrolling and participating, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

Affiliates must be 18 or older and provide accurate account and payment information. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application, and to suspend or terminate any affiliate who violates these terms.

2. Commissions

• 20% commission on each qualified sale referred through your unique affiliate link or coupon code.
• Commission ladder — your rate rises automatically with cumulative referred sales: 20% to start, 22% once you have referred $1,000 in sales, and 25% once you have referred $5,000. You do not need to apply; rates are reviewed and applied monthly.
• 90-day referral cookie — you receive credit for a customer's purchase made within 90 days of clicking your link.
• 10% recruiting override — if you refer another affiliate into the program, you earn an additional 10% on their qualified sales. One level only.
• Commissions are calculated on the discounted product subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, and any refunded or cancelled orders.
• Self-referrals (purchases on your own account) are not eligible for commission.

3. Payouts

• Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, once your balance reaches the $50 minimum payout threshold.
• Balances below $50 roll over to the following month.
• Commissions on orders that are later refunded, charged back, or cancelled will be deducted from your balance.

4. FTC Disclosure — Required

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission requires that you clearly and conspicuously disclose your paid relationship with Nature's Fit in every promotion. Use clear language such as #ad, #affiliate, or “paid partnership,” placed where your audience will actually see it. Vague or hidden disclosures are not permitted.

5. Health Claims — Prohibited

You may not make any health, medical, disease, treatment, cure, or diagnosis claims about any Nature's Fit product. Only use the approved product descriptions, copy, and creative assets provided in the affiliate portal. Making unauthorized or unsubstantiated claims is grounds for immediate removal from the program.

6. Product & Facility Claims

Nature's Fit products are produced on a line certified to NSF/ANSI 455-2:2024 GMP for Dietary Supplements, Grade A, audited under 21 CFR Part 111 and issued by Perry Johnson Registrars Food Safety, Inc. When referencing our manufacturing, use that phrasing or “GMP certified, Grade A.” Do not describe the products or facility as “NSF Certified,” as the certificate is issued by Perry Johnson Registrars rather than NSF International.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• No spam, misleading advertising, or false statements about the brand, products, pricing, or promotions.
• No bidding on Nature's Fit or BMR trademarked terms in paid search without written permission.
• No use of unauthorized coupon, discount, or cashback sites.
• No promotion on sites containing illegal, hateful, adult, or otherwise objectionable content.

8. Program Changes & Termination

We may modify commission rates, terms, or program structure at any time, with notice posted to this page. Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, any earned commissions above the payout minimum will be paid on the next scheduled payout, subject to these terms.

9. Compliance Disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nature's Fit products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
